The City of Foster City is seeking bids from temporary modular building providers to install and service temporary modular buildings at the Parks and Recreation Center site located at 650 Shell Blvd., Foster City, CA. 94404. The work involves the labor and materials to install the modular buildings on site and provide the necessary maintenance and servicing as described in the contract documents.
Work that includes delivering, installing, and setting up the new buildings to allow for use shall be completed within 40 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.
The rental of the buildings is anticipated to be 22 months.
