Consultant to Develop Inclusionary Housing Framework/Affordable Housing Incentives Recommendations

Notice is hereby given that the City of Gilroy is seeking proposals for development of an Inclusionary Housing Framework and Affordable Housing Incentives Recommendations as described in the attached Request for Proposals for Project No. 23-RFP-CDD-488. Electronic proposals will be accepted by email to carina.baksa@cityofgilroy.org For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. until 12:00 pm, Friday, April 28, 2023. Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered. The City of Gilroy accepts no responsibility for delayed deliveries or if delivery is made to another email other than specified above. Proposals should be submitted in a complete, single electronic file to the email specified in this notice. An evaluation team will review proposals and select a vendor based on the selection criteria and process outlined in the RFP.
