NOTICE INVITING INFORMAL BIDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Healdsburg invites informal bids, received via email until the hour of 5:00 p.m., on the 9 ^th day of April 2024, for:

IFB-09-024 CORP YARD UNDERGROUND UTILITY TRENCH AND PAVING

Informal bids will be received via email at: contracts@healdsburg.gov ,

Responsive bidders must provide a cost proposal to complete the work shown and described on the attached Site Plan and Special provisions. A purchase order contract will be executed with the awarded Contractor providing the lowest responsive bid should the City elect to proceed with the work.

Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms. Bidders may obtain a complete copy of the Bid Requirements by clicking below on the "View Documents" button on this project page and completing a short form. Once the form is submitted, the Bidder will be redirected to this page and the documents will be available for download in the "Related Documents" section of this page. A bid bond is not required with this solicitation.

A non-mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project, on Tuesday, April 2 ^nd , 2024, at 10:00am. The pre-bid meeting will be held at City Corporation Yard at 550 Westside Rd, Healdsburg CA 95448.

In accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 3300, a valid class A California contractor’s license is required to bid on the project.
