The City is seeking a qualified professional design consultant to provide park design services for the rehabilitation of Cabot Park.

The City has tentatively budgeted $417,000 for the rehabilitation of this park. The primary focus of the City is to replace the existing playground equipment and all rubber surfacing.

The desired Scope of Services consists of the following components:

1. Inventory Existing Park Improvements

2. Community Outreach and Community Needs Assessment

3. Preliminary Design

4. Final Design Plans, Construction Documents, and Specifications

5. Optional: Construction Management and Contract Administration
