SCOPE OF WORK:

The work to be performed and completed by Contractor consists of including removal and replacement of existing fixtures, demolition, construction, and all other incidental work in this specification document.

LOCATION OF WORK:

The Project is located at 25555 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Project site on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Site Address: 25555 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. Meet at the flagpole in front of the Community Center entrance.
