The City of Lodi (“City”) has re-opened the Request for Proposals (RFP) due to a request to clarify several items which could not be fully addressed within the original stipulated timeframe. The City is seeking qualified transitional and supportive housing teams to operate a three-story building with 40 +/- units located on the second and third floors with a common area on the ground floor. The objective of this facility will be to provide housing to Health Plan of San Joaquin/Medi-Cal or Healthnet recipients in Lodi that are in need of transitional or supportive housing.
