RFQ for Municipal Well Inspection, Recommendation, and Repair Services NEW!

The Water Division of the City of Merced Public Works Department is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to provide annual maintenance and repair services for the City of Merced Municipal Well Sites, on an on-call, as-needed basis for a period of three years with the option for one additional year extension.

For all proposals over $15,000, the proposer is required to abide by all applicable provisions of the Labor Code, including payment of the minimum prevailing wage rate as determined by the State Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a proposal or be awarded a contract for public work unless registered with the DIR pursuant to the Labor Code. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR.

Proposal Submission: Three (3) copies of the completed proposal and fee schedule must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2024.
