Janitorial Services

The City of San Leandro is soliciting qualified proposals for Janitorial services in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). The services and tasks to be performed include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, tasks and incidental and customary work necessary to completely perform janitorial services as listed in Attachment D-6 Work Locations and Cost Proposal and that meet the Technical Specifications Attachments A1, A7, A8, A9, A10. Award resulting from this RFP will be a fixed contract with an initial five-year period expiring on June 30, 2029 with two one-year renewal options.

Any questions received prior to End of Day August 28, 2023 will be incorporated into the ZOOM informational meeting on August 31, 2023. Questions will also be answered at the informational meeting. Those Q&A will also be posted to the City website by September 14, 2023.
