The City of San Leandro desires to solicit qualified proposals for a ground sublease of the State of California Department of Transportation Freeway Lease Area airspace parcel located near the intersection of Beecher Street and Davis Street (Freeway Lease Area # 04-ALA-112-1) in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). Award resulting from this RFP will be a sublease with an initial term of five (5) years.
