Consultant to provide all necessary key construction management personnel for the project, including a Resident Engineer(s) and Construction Inspector(s), along with all other supporting staff necessary to provide for the administration of this federally funded project, to perform submittals, impacts, and schedule analysis; pre-construction meeting, jobsite documentation, and project setup; project management; daily field inspection and documentation; change order management; progress payments; storm water pollution prevention; environmental permits/NEPA avoidance measures; material testing; contract claims review and support; and project closeout and record drawings. |
