| Project Description: | The project entails path of travel improvements including and not limited to – concrete path on grade, wood deck and boardwalk, patio area with concrete pavers, concrete sidewalks, concrete steps, driveway alterations and paving, curbing, required signage, path lighting, metal railings, and landscaping; Restroom ADA upgrade and interior improvements including asbestos containing materials abatement; Two new electrical vehicle chargers, retaining wall, landscape grading lighting and planting, associated electrical signage and paving work and grinded, overlay AC and re-stripe additional section of parking lot; the Rental of luxury restroom trailer, per the plans and specifications. Bid Item #2: The HVAC improvements include and are not limited to the removal of original boiler and hydronic heating elements, procurement of equipment, construction of new drywall soffits, installation of new electric HVAC system, installation of smoke dampers and sensors, connected to existing fire alarm panel, installation of makeup air fan systems and sensors, sheet metal, dry wall and plywood, patching and painting and painting of affected areas, plumbing and electrical alterations as need including ACM removal per the plans and specifications. |
