The County of Marin seeks responses from firms with experience in providing culturally competent language services, including document translation, in-language facilitation, and other related language services to assist the County in meeting the language access needs as needed. The County of Marin is seeking a contractor to provide customer support tools and services, electronic or web based instructional materials and specialized curriculum including training to county staff to address county needs such as building permits, business licenses, domestic violence response, emergency preparedness and disaster relief, immigrant right issues, law enforcement and legal terms, medical and mental health terms, social services, tax/real estate terms and victim assistance skills. |
