The project will be commenced at the following Napa County facility: 1100 Fifth Street, Napa, CA 94559. The project includes but is not limited to demolition, new electrical equipment, resurfacing concrete, installing six (6) new owner-furnished level-2 charging stations, and new striping of the parking garage.

Engineer’s Estimate: $387,000. Plans and Specifications are available for viewing or download. Mandatory on site meeting has been added. Addendum 1 has been added. Mandatory Bidder's list has been added. Addendum 2 has been added that changes bid opening date.
