The project will be performed at the Napa-Vallejo Waste Management Authority’s Devlin Road Transfer Station located at 889 Devlin Road, American Canyon, CA, 94503.

The proposed project includes but is not limited to moisture compaction of subgrade, asphalt pavement replacement, installation of a recycled water line, water meter, backflow preventer, concrete pad fill station, wharf hydrant, and bollards per the project Plans and Specifications.
