The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified non-profit organizations to provide Kinship Support and Resource Family Liaison Services for the Health & Human Services Children’s System of Care Division. The selected proposer will provide services for both programs. Proposals for partial programs will not be considered. Placer County is making available up to $320,000 per year for these services. A contract will be awarded to a single selected proposer effective for an initial term of two years from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026. Placer County reserves the right to renew the contract for two additional, two-year periods, based on satisfactory performance and mutual consent of the contractor.
