Description:

1. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, tools, parts, materials, permits, travel and incidentals necessary to remove and demolish the structures on one parcel and address, abate all hazardous materials to include but not limited to friable and non-friable asbestos and lead paint, according to all environmental laws and regulations, and provide any necessary Water Pollution Control Program (WPCP) or Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and implementation of said Program.
