Description:

The Contractor shall replace existing flooring and install new Epoxy Based Resinous Flooring and shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, licenses, supervision of work, insurance, bonds, travel and per diem, ensure all work is completed and every other expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Inmate/Ward Labor (IWL) Program, located at California State Prison Sacramento, 100 Prison Road, Represa, CA 95671.
