RFO for Vendor Management Advisor

The purpose of this RFO is to select one (1) experienced Vendor Management Advisor with detailed knowledge and experience of vendor management on large implementation projects, implementing experienced-based implementation strategies, improving projects tactical performance, successfully drafting and managing performance plans for vendors, managing against objective key performance indicators, engaging with project staff and senior executives, and accurately analyzing and communicating project performance metrics and recommendations to promote successful project outcomes to work within the CalSTRS Technology Services Branch. The expert-level Vendor Management Advisor will help CalSTRS
enforce service level agreements and contract management on complex information technology (IT) projects with multiple vendors.
