ADDENDUM NO.2
ASPHALT OVERLAY 2024
For Which Bids have been rescheduled to be Opened at The Pueblo County Department of
Engineering and Public Works Office, By 2:00 p.m., on Thursday the 25th day of April
2024.
Following are changes to the Contract Specifications and Plans to be incorporated in the above-
referenced Project. All other provisions and requirements are as originally set forth, remain in
full force and are binding.
1. This modifies bid item 403-33742 to be switched from HMA Grading SX (75) (PG 64-
28) to the 403-02000 HMA Special containing rPE plastics and compatibilizer per the
technical specification. Name has been changed to HMA Special within the BID TAB to
reflect this change.
This Addendum No. 2 to the above project shall become part of the Contract Documents and
shall be binding in all respects. The bidder shall permanently affix this Addendum No. 2 to the
Contract Documents and Specifications so it will be turned in with the bid. Bid proposals turned
in not containing this Addendum are subject to immediate disqualification.
