INVITATION FOR BID
The Pueblo County Purchasing Department will accept competitive sealed bids at the office of the
Director of Purchasing, 215 W. 10th Street, Room 14, Pueblo, CO 81003 until 2:00 p.m. MT (our clock)
on May 2, 2024 for the Department of Human Services - Weatherization Program of the County of
Pueblo for the following:
Furnace Materials and Weatherization Materials
The Pueblo County Department of Human Services is seeking bids for certain furnace and
weatherization materials.
Bids, subject to the conditions as shown herein, are requested on the following list of articles or
service with delivery to Pueblo County Weatherization Warehouse, 2631 E 4th Street, Pueblo, CO
81001. Bidder(s) awarded any or all portions of this bid MUST contact Pueblo County Weatherization
at (719) 583-6313 to schedule all deliveries prior to making a delivery.
To be eligible to submit a bid, bidder must have obtained all bid documents from the Pueblo County
Purchasing, 215 W. 10th Street, Room 14, Pueblo, CO 81003 by calling (719) 583-6097 or via email
at purchasing@pueblocounty.us.
All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to Pueblo County Purchasing at
purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Questions must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. MT on April
19, 2024. Questions received after this time/date will not be answered.
