Description:

The Summit County Transit Department (SCTD) ("Owner") hereby invites qualified firm(s) and/or individuals (Professional Services Providers) interested in providing Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Summit County Transit Headquarters located in Frisco, Colorado. The Owner proposes to retain a highly qualified, capable firm(s) to act as the CM/GC throughout the planning, design, and construction of the new headquarters. The CM/GC will be expected to collaborate in a transparent and efficient manner with SCTD's Owners Representative, Artaic Group.
