Design a set of comprehensive construction documents for installation of newly designed drainage passage under a local access roadway in rural Dillon Colorado community that will enhance flow, longevity and promote a fish friendly environment. This plan will include structural, hydraulic and Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) application as well as a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) plan.
