On-Call Engineering Services - Mechanical Electrical Plumbing ("MEP")

The City of Bristol, Connecticut is seeking to retain the services of engineering firms for services relative to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations throughout Bristol buildings, to be provided on an as-needed basis.

Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until March 4, 2024, at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the qualification(s) that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department; submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive. The City does not assume responsibility for the failure of submissions to be received by the City before the date and time noted above.

The selected firm will take affirmative action to ensure that all applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
