The City of Norwalk (“City”), through its Common Council, is seeking the services of qualified firms or individuals to evaluate the Common Council district boundaries to ensure that they meet the requirements of law, as reiterated in City Ordinance §9-26 (attached hereto) and, if necessary based solely upon those requirements, to assist the City in developing new district boundaries. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
