Engineering Services-Mechanical and Electrical Conceptual Design Services

The City of Norwalk and Norwalk Public Schools are soliciting proposals (Request for Proposals RFP’s) from qualified Mechanical / Electrical Engineering consulting firms to assess condition of existing HVAC equipment and provide conceptual design services of HVAC systems at various public school facilities. The conceptual design, together with professional cost estimates, will be used as support documents for a HVAC school grant application to DAS- Office of School Construction Grant and Review. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
