The City of Norwalk Recreation & Parks Department is requesting bids to rebuild 2 tennis courts at Rowayton Elementary School to 1 tennis court with 4 pickleball overlays, and 4 dedicated pickleball courts on the other court The budget for this project is $250,000.00 under the Urban Act Grant, “Norwalk Sustainability and Beautification around Norwalk.”. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
