The City of Norwalk, through the Department of Public Works (DPW) is soliciting qualification statements from Professional Engineering Consulting firms ¬to submit their firm’s qualifications and rate schedule to provide engineering and civil engineering related services on an as-needed or “on-call” basis for consulting engineering services which may include but not be limited to planning, permitting, design and construction administration for municipal infrastructure projects within the City. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
