Agricultural & Related Use of 297 Matson Hill Road (Rose's Berry Farm)

The Town of Glastonbury will be accepting proposals for agricultural and related use of the twenty-three + (23.18) acre Rose’s Berry Farm parcel located at 297 Matson Hill Road. The Town will consider proposals that are consistent with the history of this property and continued agricultural use. Such proposals may include lease of the land or buildings, purchase of a fee interest with the Town retaining the development rights, and other concepts as applicable. Uses of the parcel consistent with the agricultural history and intensity of the site is preferred. Selected Respondents would enter into an agreement with the Town.

An optional site visit will be held at the property on March 25 ^th , 2023 at 9AM. Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend.

Responses to the Request for Proposal must be submitted electronically no later than the time and date indicated above. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
