Description:

The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, for the purchase of 2,500 AMI Smart meters.

This project is fully funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and all requirements/regulations governing the funding source must be followed.

All procurement and contracting for these services shall follow state and federal regulations including 2 CFR, Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509.
