The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed Bids, for the installation of new conduit from the corner of Flagler Avenue and Civic Court to the front of the Homestead Utilities Building. In addition, for the installation of a new fiber optic cable from I.T.S Telecom Room in City Hall to the old I.T.S Room in Homestead Utilities Building, from a source of supply that will give prompt and efficient service.
