Scope of Work
The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from qualified Florida licensed General, Residential, or Building Contractors to demolish and remove structures located at 106 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, 1335 SW 5th St, 2511 NE 19th CT, and 2602 NE 3rd Ave.
2. Contractor will provide all labor and equipment to complete this project. Pricing and Award 1. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis and shall include all costs necessary to complete this project (travel costs, permitting fees, disposal, etc.). 2. Award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting all requirements outlined herein. Permit allowance is $104. ATTACHMENTS 1. Exhibit A - Scope of Works 2. Exhibit B - Photos of Structures 3.
