Due Date : 3/21/2024 2:00 PM Scope: This Invitation to Bid is issued for the purpose of soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services to extend a force main located on Florida Park Drive in Palm Coast, Florida. This will consist of a tie-in to an existing force main at the north end of the project and an underground bypass at the south end of the project. The bypass at the south end will consist of a tie-in to a gravity sewer main and a core drill into a lift
