23rd Street Water Main Relocation

General Notice

City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

23rd Street Water Main Relocation, Dewberry Engineers Project No. 50139288

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 2:00 pm CT. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in Room 010.

The Project includes the following Work: The project involves the of relocating approximately 400 LF of exiting 8” water mains along 23rd Street. The project improvements consist of approximately 340 LF of FPVC installed by horizontal directional boring, 180 LF of PVC water main, three (3) existing water main cut-in connections, and associated miscellaneous water system improvements, demolition work, and site restoration improvements.

The Project has an expected duration of 60 days.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City's Purchasing Division. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office. Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference

There will NOT be a pre-bid conference.
