General Notice

City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: CDBG-DR Project Restore Millville City of Panama City Project No. PC24-005 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, until Thursday, December 14th, 2023, at 2:00 pm local time. At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, in Room 10 by the Selection Committee, who will evaluate the bids to ensure responsiveness and will make a recommendation of award. The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of water and wastewater utility improvements in the Millville area of Panama City. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days. The expected duration will be extended by 60 days for each additional subsection awarded to a single bidder. Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, November 27th, 2023, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. CT in Room 10 of City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by emailing purchasing@panamacity.gov
