General Notice

City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

SR 77 Landscape Beautification

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the City of Panama City's Bonfire Portal at https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities until Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CT. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 501 Harrison Avenue, Lower Level, Room 10, Panama City, FL 32401 by the Selection Committee, who will then evaluate the bids to ensure responsiveness and will make a recommendation of award. The Project includes the following Work:

This project includes new landscaping and irrigation on SR 77 from 23rd St. to Baldwin Rd.

The Project has an expected duration of 120 days.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents The issuing office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the issuing office. Addenda, if any will be emailed electronically and will be available in a PDF format on the Bonfire Portal: https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities and the City of Panama City’s website https://www.panamacity.gov/bids.aspx .

There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project.
