PUBLIC NOTICE

ITB NO: PC23-051 MILLVILLE AWT ODOR CONTROL EQUIPMENT PACKAGE FOR PROVIDING REQUIRED EQUIPMENT FOR MILLVILLE AWT ODOR CONTROL IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Panama City, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation located in Bay County, Florida (“City”), will be receiving sealed bids for furnishing of equipment on the Millville AWT Odor Control, Mott MacDonald Project No. 502101114-018 electronically via the City of Panama City’s Bonfire Portal at https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities until Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CT. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 501 Harrison Avenue, Lower Level, Room 10, Panama City, FL 32401.

The City seeks bids for the furnishing and delivery of Biological Odor Control equipment consisting of, but not limited to, vessels, fan, nutrient panel, interconnecting piping (internal to odor control), media, control equipment, control panels and access hatches.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Panama City, Purchasing Division 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238 Panama City, Florida 32401

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the City of Panama City’s Purchasing Division. Addenda, if any will be posted on the City’s website https://www.panamacity.gov/bids.aspx , and the City’s Bonfire Portal https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities .

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing date for the receipt of bids.

The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in connection with its response to this ITB. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to solicit and re-advertise for new Bid submittals or to abandon the project in its entirety.
