CONCESSION REQUIREMENTS
Contract
Term
The term of the concession agreement shall be for five (5) years.
Grant
of Use
The successful proponent shall have the exclusive right to place and operate Automatic Teller Machines (hereinafter referred to as “ATMs”) within the Passenger Terminal Building and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Prepaid Cash-to-Card services, if granted, shall be on a non-exclusive basis.
