SAENGER THEATRE NORTH WALL BRICK TUCK-POINT AND REPAIR
Scope of Work
Work is based on a standard work week – Monday-Friday, 7 am – 5 pm. Pricing should be based on completing the project within 90 days (weather permitting).
Remove ¾” of mortar on the north side only of the dark-colored brick and replacing the ¾” of mortar with new standard color mortar. GM/Owner’s representative to select mortar color.
Remove any abandoned conduit or piping and replace them with brick and mortar.
Brick allowance for one cube of brick for missing or badly damaged bricks.
Add two coats of SureKlean Weather Seal Siloxane PD to the face of the entire north wall after work has been completed.
