ITQ# JA-23-09 Maintenance and Repair of Lift and Pump Stations

The Informal Quoting process is used when the Town estimates the total bid amount not to exceed F.S. § 287.017(2), as amended.

The Town of Davie is accepting informal bids until 2:00 p.m. November 29 ^th December 13th, 2022, for the following: ITQ# JA-23-09 Maintenance and Repair of Lift and Pump Stations.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14 ^TH , 2022, at 10:00 AM EST, at Town Hall located at 8800 SW 36 ^th Street, Davie FL 33328. Meeting will be in Building D’s west conference Room. Site visits to each lift/pump station will immediately follow. In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference and site visits.

The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.

Vendors may be required to initial on the sign in sheet at the beginning and the end of the site visits, to ensure that everyone is safe and accounted for.

All bids should reference the bid name and number listed above must be submitted electronically through www.demandstar.com . A full instructional guide on how to submit documents will be included with this solicitation. The Town will maintain documentation on its own website at https://www.davie-fl.gov/411/Procurement for general public information and posting requirements.

Bids will be opened on or about 2:00 p.m. N November 29 ^th December 13th, 2022 . Any bids received after the specified due date and time will be rejected.

The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
