This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the paving and striping of 2.3 miles of Pennick Road in Glynn County Georgia, indicated herein. The work to be performed under this contract consists of fine grading and clipping of existing Andrews Island dredge spoil base to provide an adequate surface for paving, paving and striping 2.3 miles of Pennick Road (21' wide roadbed) over existing base, placing 220 lbs/sy of 19MM Superpave (2" thickness) throughout the road section.
