The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the
Purchase of Desktops, Laptops, Ruggedized Devices, Tablets, Printers and Peripheral Equipment on an Annual
Contract with four (4) options to renew for the Department of Information Technology Services.
Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the BL# and
Company Name. Bids will be received until 2:50 P.M. local time on March 22, 2024 at the Gwinnett County Purchasing
Office, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted.
Bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 P.M. Apparent bid results will be available the following business day on
our website www.gwinnettcounty.com.
Questions regarding bids should be directed to Dana Garland, CPPB, FOII, NIGP-CPP, Purchasing Associate III at
dana.garland@gwinnettcounty.com or by calling 770-822-8723, no later than 3:00 P.M. on March 15. 2024. Bids are
legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted.

split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the
lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion.
Award notification will be posted after award on the County website, www.gwinnettcounty.com and suppliers
submitting a bid will be notified via email.

1. SCOPE OF PROJECT
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners (Gwinnett) is inviting competitive proposals from
qualified suppliers to provide Desktops, Laptops, Ruggedized Devices, Tablets, HP® Printers and
various computer-related peripherals. Interested suppliers must be authorized resellers for the
specified products.
Situated 20 miles northeast of Atlanta, Georgia, Gwinnett is furnished with approximately 7,000
desktops, laptops, and ruggedized computers, in addition to 2,000 printers, 200 document scanners,
and assorted computer-related peripherals. These devices are strategically placed across various
locations such as police precincts, parks, fire stations, and public utility facilities. Each computer is
configured with a suite of office productivity software and specialized applications.
The selected supplier(s) should provide the following:
• A proven track record for providing quality computer equipment and services for mid to large
size companies or governments.
• The ability to provide value added services such as Internet based order tracking, ordering,
order history, system configuration history, and standard or custom system configurations.
• The manufacturer MSRP from the manufacturer’s website on all quotes and invoices.
