RENOVATE HALL COUNTY COURTHOUSE JURY ASSEMBLY ROOM, PHASE 1B

Hall County, Georgia, (Herein “County”), is seeking qualified contractors to Renovate the Hall County Courthouse Jury Assembly Room located on the first floor of the Courthouse at 225 Green Street, Gainesville, GA (herein “Services”).

This is a turnkey project to provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision. The project includes demolishing, removing, and disposing of the existing furnishings, fixtures, and other materials. The County seeks to award one (1) contractor for the project.

Mandatory Pre-Bid On-Site Visit Dates: Bidders are required to attend one pre-bid on-site meeting on either of these two dates:

Tuesday, December 19, 2023, 9:00am or Wednesday, January 3, 2024, 9:00am

Bidding Process: The County is now accepting sealed bids for the provision of services to renovate the Hall County Courthouse Jury Assembly Room at the Hall County Courthouse, in the County’s Purchasing Division, located on the fourth (4th) floor at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, until 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, January 11, 2024.

The County will make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written addendum and publicly posted. Bidders must submit one (1) hard copy of the bid marked “Original” and four (4) copies marked “Copy” along with all mandatory documents, signed affidavits, and signed contract. Bidders are also required to submit (1) USB Flash Drive with all documents. Emailed bids are not acceptable.
