The Hall County Library System is soliciting submissions from qualified Architectural & Engineering Design Consulting Firms (herein “Consultant”) to design an approximate 10,000 square foot addition, which will house a new library, to the existing East Hall Community Center. The facility is located at 3911 P Davidson Rd., Gainesville, GA., 30507. Consultants with prior experience in designing libraries are especially encouraged to submit a proposal.

Mandatory Pre-Bid On-Site Visit : 10/06/2023 at 9 AM

Bidders Questions Due Date: 10/12/2023

Answers to Questions Due Date: 10/19/2023

Bid Due Date: 10/26/2023, 2:00pm EST

Bidding Process: The County is now accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified Consultants specializing architectural & engineering design services (herein ‘Services’). The County will accept sealed Bids in the Purchasing Department located on the fourth (4 ^th ) floor of the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 2:00pm EST .

Public Reading : The Issuing Officer named herein will open and publicly read all proposer’s company names only on the date, time and address above.

Addendums: If needed and in the best interest of the County, Purchasing may make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written addendum and publicly posted on the County website.

Proposal Documents: Bidders may request submittal documents via the County’s Website at https://www.hallcounty.org/Bids.aspx ,then click the Architectural & Engineering Design Services link, fill out the requested information then download the bid packet containing all required documents.
