Demand Services for On-Call Fencing Installation

Hall County, Georgia, seeks to establish a pool of qualified Demand Services On-Call Fencing contractors to furnish and install commercial fencing at various County locations. The County’s intent is to award more than one (1) contract to qualified firms to issue Task Orders for specified projects as needs arise.

Bid Due Date: Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 2:00pm

Bidding Process: Hall County, Georgia, is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified Fencing Installation service providers for various fencing projects throughout the County on an as-needed basis (herein “Services”). Bids will be received by the Hall County Purchasing Department located on the fourth (4 ^th ) floor at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 2:00pm EST.

Public Reading: The Issuing Officer named herein will open and publicly read all proposer’s names on the date, time, and address above.

Addendums: If needed, and in the best interest of the County, the Purchasing Division may make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written addendum and publicly posted. The County will not read cost factors publicly but will publish the results once the evaluation process is completed.
