ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM BY INSERTING ITS NUMBER IN THE BID FORM; FAILURE TO DO SO MAY SUBJECT BONA FIDE BIDDER TO DISQUALIFICATION.

THIS ADDENDUM FORMS A PART OF THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS. THESE QUESTIONS WERE SUBMITTED BY POTENTIAL VENDOR(S) AND THE ANSWERS ARE IN RED :

1. Could the County please provide the number of coffee stations the vendor is to provide, where, and what is expected at each station (i.e. Cups, creamers, etc.)?

There are two coffee stations. One station is in the staff dining area, the other one is in the Admin Office. Both stations will need coffee, creamer, cups, lids, stirring straws.

2. We currently provide 16oz cup to housing units for CO’s, three different individual flavor creamers, Pop Tarts, granola bars daily in the ODR, fresh fruit, and sausage biscuits several times per week. Fresh fruit is also required on the salad bar daily. Will this continue to be a requirement of the staff-dining offering?

Yes, everything listed will still be needed.

3. Could you please list any inmate incentives that the vendor is required to provide to the inmate workers?

Have inmates become “Safe Serve” certified, special meals and treats when able.
