TREE CUTTING, REMOVAL AND STUMP GRINDING SERVICES

Of twenty-five (25) trees located at Chicopee Village, Gainesville, Georgia

Purpose: Hall County (herein “County”) is now accepting sealed bids for the provision of Tree Cutting, Removal and Stump Grinding of twenty-five (25) trees located at Chicopee Village, Gainesville (herein “Services) for its Road Maintenance Department.

Summary: The County desires a well-maintained, groomed appearance at the location named above, and thus is soliciting bids from experienced Tree Cutting, Removal and Stump Grinding Service providers.

Bidding Process: The County is now accepting sealed, and digital bid proposals to IFB #044-43 in the Purchasing Division located on the 4 th floor at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, no later than Thursday, January 19, 2022, until 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Bids received after 2:00 pm EST will be rejected. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required.. Only those firms who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site VIsit on 01/13/2023 at 10:00 may bid.

Public Reading: The County will open and read all Bids on the date and at the address above. Any extension of the bidding period will be made by a formal written addendum and publicly posted.

Bidders must be in the regular business of providing Tree Cutting, Removal and Stump Grinding Services, and licensed, insured, and bonded.
Special Requirements:
Performance bond of 100% and a Payment bond of 100% of the contract award amount is required before work may begin.
