­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Demand Services for General Contractor Services for Hall County Projects

Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from professional and qualified Contractors for Demand On-Call Services general construction projects initiated and managed by Hall County, Georgia. The intent of this RFQ is to generate a pool of highly qualified on-call contractors specializing in general construction services, including (but not limited to) General Contractor-for-Hire, new construction maintenance, repair and renovation of County owned facilities. The County will issue Task Orders to the awarded pool of General Contractors as opportunities to bid on various projects as needed.

The County is seeking an initial term of one-year with four (4) one-year renewal options, for a potential total of five (5) years.

The issuance of this new bid document supersedes previously issued RFQ #44-002 and RFQ #44-009 that were both closed without award.
