ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM BY INSERTING ITS NUMBER IN THE BID FORM; FAILURE TO DO SO MAY SUBJECT BONA FIDE BIDDER TO DISQUALIFICATION.

THIS ADDENDUM FORMS A PART OF THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS; IT MODIFIES THEM AS FOLLOWS:

1. The bid due date listed in the first paragraph of Page 1 is extended as follows:
   
   DELETE: “legally prevailing time on Tuesday, May 6, 2023”
   
   INSERT: “legally prevailing time on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 2PM”
2. Items 1 – 20 should be changed as follows:

DELETE:

a. “Decals are made using 3M material with a 5 to 7 year

life guarantee. Enclose one printed Sheriff's star along with your

proposal to verify your company can match the existing design. The

following colors shall be used:

1. 3M Control Tac# 180-231 Satin Gold
2. 3M Control Tac# 180-120 Satin Aluminum
3. 3M Control Tac# 180-12 Black

INSERT:

a. Decals are made using 3M material with a 5 to 7 year life

guarantee. Enclose one printed Sheriff's star along with

your proposal to verify your company can match the

existing design and color scheme. The following production

method shall be used:

Digitally printed graphics using 3M IJ680cR vinyl with 3M 8518 Gloss laminate. Awarded company responsible for precise

color match to existing graphics.

3. Items 21a- 24 has the addition of the below information:

INSERT:

“ Digitally printed graphics using 3M IJ680cR vinyl with 3M 8518 Gloss

laminate. Awarded company responsible for precise color match

to existing graphics.”

All other Terms and Conditions remain the same.
