Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners is soliciting submissions from qualified Commercial Real Estate Firms licensed to do business in the State of Georgia for Demand On-Call Services.

Schedule of Events:

Bid Post Date : Monday, December 18, 2023

Bid Due Date: Thursday, January 11, 2024, 2:00pm EST

Bidding Process: The County is now accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified Real Estate Service providers for its Demand Services, On-Call vendor pool to perform said services(herein ‘Services’). The County will accept Bids in the Purchasing Department located on the fourth (4 ^th ) floor of the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, on Thursday, January 11, 2024, 2:00pm EST , or equally digitally by the same time and date.

Public Reading : The Issuing Officer named herein will open and publicly read all proposer’s names on the date, time and address above.

Addendums: If needed and in the best interest of the County, Purchasing may make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written addendum and publicly posted on the County website.
