RFP/Q ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR PICKLEBALL COMPLEX
The Board of Commissioners of Troup County (the “Board”) has plans for the construction of a New Pickleball Complex located within the city limits of
LaGrange, Georgia. The delivery method of the proposed project will be a General Contractor (GC) working under a contract agreement where the basis of
payment is a stipulated lump sum. The proposed project will be located on an approximately 2.5 acre site to include approximately 8 covered pickleball
courts, 16 open air pickleball courts, a covered pavilion with bathrooms, and ADA Handicap compliant parking/access.
